Source and traceability
The sourcing channel and available supporting records are reviewed for the specific requirement. The level of traceability supplied is stated in the quotation or order documents.
Incoming inspection
Visual condition, labeling, packaging and quantity checks can be coordinated. Additional electrical, laboratory or third-party testing must be requested and agreed before order.
Packing and shipment
ESD handling, moisture protection, reels, trays, tubes, labels and export packing are selected according to the confirmed package and shipping route.
Claims and after-sales
Inspect delivered goods promptly and preserve packaging, labels and records. The applicable claim window, evidence and remedy are those stated in the confirmed commercial terms.
