Information we receive
An RFQ may include company name, contact name, work email, telephone number, notes, requested parts, quantities and a BOM file. For security and abuse prevention, the service also records limited technical information, including browser information and a privacy-protective hash derived from the request IP address.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review and respond to sourcing requests, prepare quotations, coordinate requested services, protect the website and maintain necessary business records. We do not use RFQ data to create public profiles or sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Information is stored on the website hosting and database systems used to operate this service. Email and communications providers may process the details needed to deliver and answer a request. Access is limited to people who need it for website administration, sourcing support, security or legal obligations.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, business records and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email sales@bestcooperation.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
BOM files
BOM files are stored outside the public web area and are available through authenticated administration. Do not include unrelated personal, payment-card or confidential information that is not needed for the sourcing request.
